         has been presenting an annual season of professional concerts at Seaton Town Hall (now The Gateway) in
Fore Street in the town centre since 1951.The season runs from October to April. It is a registered charity (no. 271521, formally
Seaton and District Music Club) and is affilialted to Making Music.

A wide range of artists, well known and talented young musicians, perform superbly a broad repertoire of classical music.
Whatever your musical preference, from soloists to chamber ensembles, from early music to works by living composers,
there have been many concerts to suit all. It has also championed the cause of new music and has commissioned a number of works.

We own one of the finest pianos in East Devon - a modern Steinway grand.

In addition to the annual season of concerts, we sponsor music workshops in schools - in December Sheku and Isata Kanneh-Mason
visited a local primary school - and we are committed to encouraging music among young people.
Under-19s and full-time students are given free admission to all concerts.

Why not become a Member of

so that for as little as £75, you gain admission to all six concerts in the season. That's £12.50 per concert - an extraordinary
price to hear some of the finest musicians in the UK. The same concert in London would cost at least double! You also receive
a free programme! We would love you to pay a little more if you can to ensure the sustainability of these superb concerts;
if you are able to contribute £200 or more, your name(s) will appear on the brochure, the programme and the website as a Supporter.

Alternatively you can buy individual tickets at £16 per concert; these can be bought at the door on the night or
online in advance by clicking on     Buy Tickets     here or wherever you see it.

They can also be bought through The Gateway (www.thegatewayseaton.co.uk); the box office is open Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm

FACILITIES: There is a licensed bar at all the concerts. Alcoholic and soft drinks are available before the concert and during the
    interval. The venue, The Gateway, is accessible to wheelchairs.
